It's nearly impossible to overstate just how much the slate of new Marvel TV shows has changed in just a week.
Legends debuts on January 8, 2021, at Disney +, adding many new features in the various serial productions that Marvel has been preparing for its fans. Don't hold your breath for new content though; the series will simply revisit some iconic moments from every Marvel character's history starting with Wanda and Vision.
The series will launch with two episodes that will cover Elizabeth Olsen's Wanda Maximoff and Paul Bettany's Vision before the characters return in Disney+'s WandaVision, which premieres on January 15.
Picking up whereAvengers: Endgameleft off, WandaVision has Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany) enjoying the flawless suburban life in a small town where they try to hide their superpowers.
Last week, Marvel Studios unloaded a ton of news regarding their future projects for the big screen and for Disney Plus.
In the promo, The Platters 1950s classic "Twilight Time" plays atop a series of tension-building drums, as we find Wanda (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany) thrust into one remarkable scenario after another.
As the Marvel Cinematic Universe continues to expand, Marvel Studios: Legends celebrates and codifies what has come before.
And here's the one for Vision: "Born into the world in Avengers: Age of Ultron, Vision chooses to fight on the side of humanity, though he himself is an artificial form of life. Marvel Studios: Legends follows Vision on his quest to understand humans more fully, evolving to be more like them, as he explores a romantic relationship with Wanda Maximoff in Captain America: Civil War".
The Marvel Cinematic Universe has been shoulder-checking the competition out of its way since the second Bush administration, picking up mass as it ploughs through the cultural consciousness. "Revisit epic heroes, villains and several other MCU moments, in preparation for stories that are being long awaited and that are yet to be released", they added, inviting viewers. WandaVision premieres on January 15, 2021.
