The high profile attorney said that while "technically if a person touches another person with the intent to touch that person, it is battery and a civil" crime, she and Vill are focused on cooperating with the independent investigation into Cuomo's conduct being overseen by Attorney General James' office.
Vill says Cuomo took a special interest in her, telling her how handsome she was.
"Governor Cuomo is Trump in sheep's clothing", said Rebecca Bailin, an activist who led the "Cuomo Must Go" demonstration.
According to The Hill, Vill spoke at a news conference alongside her Attorney Gloria Allred.
Vill, who is married, alleged that Cuomo kissed her cheek as members of her family looked on in a "highly sexual manner" and once more outside her home, this time in what she described as a "very aggressive manner".
Vill's claim echoes several accusations made against the 63-year-old governor primarily by a series of staffers and former aides who claim he made unwanted advances and inappropriate comments. "Strangers do not kiss - especially upon meeting someone for the first time". "Due to the multiple, credible sexual harassment and misconduct allegations, it is clear that Governor Cuomo has lost the confidence of his governing partners and the people of NY".
The governor next placed his hands on either side of Ruch's face and asked for a kiss, she said. "I was not elected by the politicians, I was elected by the people". "I'm not going to resign".

In a February 10 meeting with state legislators DeRosa said the state feared releasing the data on nursing home deaths over concerns that the numbers would be politicized by former President Donald Trump's administration.
She has also been part of the state's handling of nursing home policies in the pandemic.
Despite calls for resignation, Cuomo said he would not bow to political pressure and step down over the allegations, saying he was confident a state investigation would clear him of any wrongdoing.
